We were so happy to find a used vehicle Dealer who seeks out top of the line carfax vehicles. Our salesperson Tim Murphy is upfront & solid!,and made our purchase as pleasant as one can be spending our money. The vehicle we bought did not have a owners manual, Tim said he would try to find us one, and 3 days after our purchase the vehicles manuel came to our home in the snail mail! Happy is Happy!
Tim at Wild West went the extra mile (literally) to turn a potential nightmare into a pleasurable shopping experience. We found the Nissan Quest that we had been looking for online and spoke with Tim who gave us a video tour of the car. We then had a friend in Omaha give it a test ride and we flew from Utah the next week to pick it up. It was clean inside and out and everything was functional. However, on the way to the motel, the check engine light came on. It was now after closing time so we contacted Tim who said they would take a look at it in the morning. A couple of hours after arriving at the shop we were on our way home with a new oxygen sensor installed. Then 800 miles into our thousand mile journey, the check engine light came on again. It was unclear if the bumper-to-bumper extended warranty would cover what turned out to be another oxygen sensor, as an electrical part. Tim came through again and between Wild West and the warranty company, the second sensor was covered entirely. Thank you for going beyond the call of duty to make a satisfied customer! Oh, and by the way, while waiting in the shop for the first sensor to be replaced, I witnessed two other separate customer interactions where both were granted a test drive, and though neither one purchased the vehicle, the entire process was handled low key, with information provided but no pressure whatsoever.
We have searched for a vehicle for a long time. (About a year). Found a one owner, approx 85,000 miles, very clean, excellent condition. Malibu LTZ 1LT.
We bought the car Nov. 2022.
The 3 hour drive was very much worth the trip. Excellent service, no pressure, good conversation, paperwork hassle free.

This was by far the easiest, no stress car buying experience I have ever had. Tim was absolutely the best. He did not pressure us at all. Set us up for a test drive and noticed battery and gas cap needed replacing and took care of both while we were doing the paperwork. Fast, easy and I can’t say enough no pressure or stress. Although I hate to admit it, I ran out of gas right next to the Wild West dealership. I walked in and met a wonderful man, Ed Alexander. I was so embarrassed, yet he made me feel so welcome and no bother. He brought a jug of gas which was on site and got my car going again. I was already late for an appointment, and he had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. My wife and I bought a 2010 Mazda CX-7 from Wild West Auto and we absolutely love it and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. The car buying process was great! Bob is very knowledgeable about cars and about financing. He was able to get us a very low interest rate, even half of what our bank was offering! Never was he pushy or did he try to talk us into a more expensive car. We are pretty new to the car buying process, and we had tons of questions about it. He answered all of them clearly and without any signs of irritation. There are a lot of negative stereotypes associated with buying a car off a lot, but these guys treat their customers like they were selling to a family member and not like they are just looking for a check. Bob even personally drives every vehicle on the lot for a few days to ensure the safety and integrity of the vehicle BEFORE he puts it on the lot.
